IBM Partners with Netsuite

Cloud-based business software provider NetSuite has announced a partnership with IBM (News – Alert) for connecting and integrating their respective cloud solutions.

According to company sources IBM’s recent acquisition of Cast Iron Systems is behind the partnership between NetSuite (News – Alert) and IBM. Cast Iron Systems allows customers to connect on-premise applications and business processes to Software-as-a-Service or SaaS applications like NetSuite and NetSuite OneWorld.

NetSuite OneWorld is a cloud-based solution that enables real-time global business management and financial consolidation for businesses with multinational and multi-subsidiary operations, said NetSuite sources.

The Cast Iron Systems solution provides a complete platform to integrate cloud and on-premise applications. The company has delivered thousands of cloud integrations around the world.

The NetSuite OneWorld and the Cast Iron Systems solution enable customers to leverage NetSuite’s leading cloud applications to manage multinational, multi-subsidiary business operations in real-time.
